We are specialists in the hire, refurbishing, installation and site services for modular constructed buildings. Although we are a relatively new company we can individually draw on many years experience manufacturing modular buildings and in the wider domestic and international construction industry.

We operate to the highest of standards and currently supply pre fabricated buildings to a range of industry sectors such as education, health, industrial, commercial and leisure, from private individuals and sole traders through to the largest global companies in their sector.

The design of our new units commence with a design brief from which we develop a layout and specification designed to meet the quality, budget and delivery aspirations of our clients whilst maximising the available usable floor area space. All new units are manufactured in our factory controlled environment to ensure a consistent and high quality product.

Used Modular Buildings

We have a range of used modular buildings for sale available from single cabins to multiple modular bay buildings to meet most budgets. These can be used in a number of ways from offices and classrooms to toilets and shower blocks to name a few. They come in a number of external finishes: timber textured, plastisol and anti vandal being the main ones. We specialise in refurbishing prefabricated buildings to meet clients specific requirements.

All contracts, whether for the refurbishment of used units or the manufacture of new units are project managed to ensure buildings meet your requirements. We deliver quality units on time and with minimum disruption to yourself.

Modular Construction Site Services

Our site services team are fully certified and experienced to do all installations, maintenance and civil works. Site personnel hold qualifications from CSCS, PLASM, IPAF, Sling and Banksman, First Aid and Forklift Licenses. We are also CHAS approved and Health and Safety is our first priority. We will supply method statements and risk assessments for all works carried out and have experience working in many different environments including highly regulated sites.

We stock a substantial range of parts for portable and modular buildings which are either exclusively manufactured for us or manufactured in house which in turn means a quick turn around and more competitive prices.

Our location very close to the A1 to the south of Doncaster provides an ideal location from which we can deliver to all areas of the UK. In all we do we strive to put the client at the centre of our activities and we seek always to work in a partnership manner.

Our Modular Buildings Offer True Flexibility

The true flexibility of the modular building system is that by adopting a standard module design allows for a building to be either extended or reduced in size over a period of time and the layout modified to suit changing requirements.

The standard design of the basic module used throughout a modular building provides for economies of scale provided by multiple builds. The construction of the modules and their fit out is all carried out in our quality controlled factory environment allowing a building to be substantially completed off-site resulting in a much reduced site works, build time on site and in the complexity of managing multiple site trades. The reduced site timeframe allows clients to continue their day to day operations with minimum disruption.

Examples of the Versatility of Modular Building Design

Modular buildings are typically constructed from modules or bays which are 3m wide and between 6m and 12m in length although other widths and lengths can be built to provide the required building configuration.

Modules are usually steel or timber framed and a huge variety of finishes are available to suit every personal taste and environmental setting. External claddings from stone and brick slip, wood in all its various forms, plastisol, steel and texture coat are all available in almost any colour. As many options for internal wall linings are also available although vinyl faced plasterboard is a cost effective and practical solution.
