The Concept
A 12m x 4m toilet and shower facility with both accessible and standard washroom cubicles, drying facilities and storage space.
The Results
This unit offers washroom facilities for a range of users including an accessible cubicle sited in the ladies toilet block. Each area has a fitted hair dryer & low-level urinal in the gents. The vanity units also provide storage under the sink with contrasting colours being used to comply with DDA.The ceilings are lined with vinyl faced plasterboard throughout as well as the walls in the plant room. The floors throughout are covered with Polysafe Hydro vinyl. The floors are sloped for water to run off and have vinyl coverage making the cubicle suitably water proof. Central heating to the unit is provided by traditional boiler fed radiators which are fitted in both ladies & gents.
